We are Cooperative Association of companies involved in the manufacture
and sale of shoyu and miso.

Shoyu and miso are excellent condiments handled in Japan from ancient ages.
Our goal is to inherit this “wonderful treasure” and develop our industries further.

The unique climatic conditions of some regions in Gunma and traditional production techniques influence the flavor of shoyu and miso. Our products are known to be flavorful and high quality while carrying on traditional manufacturing methods.
