Hanamaruki was founded in 1918. Since then, we have been operating a business centered on brewing miso with the management philosophy of “valuing ingredients and manufacturing”.
In addition to our “Shio Koji” (Salt-Koji), which utilizes ‘koji’ (a mold that is essential for making miso), we have developed our “Liquid Salt-Koji” which was made with the goal of ensuring convenience and ease of use for our customers. We have also obtained an international manufacturing patent for its use.
Our “Liquid Salt-Koji” is being adopted at food processing sites around the world and in 2020, we established our Thai factory “Siam Hanamaruki” as a new production base. Having obtained various international certifications such as FSSC22000, BRC, Kosher, and Halal certifications, we are working on expanding to an overseas market.
