To ensure our longevity as a business, instead of overworking ourselves to the brink to increase production, our family puts all of our focus on producing four types of raw miso and powdered miso. Our miso is made with grown-in-house soybeans branded into two types depending on the maturation period (new and aged). The organic rice miso double koji (mold) is a sweet miso. The precious ‘Hanamame’ runner beans (substandard) from the Gunma prefecture are made into mild ‘Hanamame miso’. We have developed “powdered miso” as a seasoning that can be used in any environment. Powdered miso should not be confused with ‘instant miso’ as they are not the same. Crushed miso powder that is hard to dissolve is highly transportable and can be carried anywhere.

HISTORY

Founded on June 16th 2000.
Wholesale of soil improvement materials, manufacturing, and sales (export) of organic JAS-related materials, organic agricultural products, organic processed foods, organic agricultural products, organic processed food certification, Gained HACCP coordinator certification, business certified as a miso sommelier. Obtained the Kosher certification from Kosher Japan. Succeeded in the development of plant-based seasonings.

Our family-run company grows agricultural products, manufactures, and sells various processed products. We have been working on exporting our products since 2020. Making miso with precious ‘Hanamame’ (Runner Beans) from the Gunma prefecture, we are currently taking on the challenge of developing ‘powdered Hanamame miso’

Message

We work to provide materials for environmentally friendly agriculture, organic farmers, and home gardeners.
We work on making delicious miso using our soybeans, locally grown ‘Hanamame’ (Runner Bean) and rice.
Although we base our miso production on traditional soybean cultivation methods, which require a lot of manual labor and have many manufacturing steps that are not suited towards mass production, we also take on the challenge of developing new products. Having received various third-party evaluations (Organic Certification, Kosher Certification, HACCP Certification), we strive to contribute to and preserve local industries by making fermented foods.
