Our company manufactures and retails pickles and processed miso, mainly miso-zuke and tamari-zuke pickles. We try our best to manufacture safe and secure products using domestic ingredients as much as possible. We are also working on “local production for local consumption” to support local agriculture. We grow and harvest small eggplant (minden-nasu) and daikon radish in Taguchi-machi, Maebashi City and make them into pickles. The finished products are certified as the product of Maebashi, “Akagi no Megumi” (the blessings of Akagi) brand.
We have been spending time to manufacture our products without sparing any effort since our establishment in 10th year of Taisho era (1921).
Message
We have always been taking the time and effort to make our products, using local produce as much as possible, utilizing fallow fields, and working with local farmers to revitalize Maebashi. In addition, we promote local production and local consumption. We would be happy if you would try our old-fashioned fermented foods.
