群馬県醤油味噌工業協同組合では、群馬の発酵調味料を国内外へ広く周知・販売するために、アメリカ・サンフランシスコにある日本の生活用品を取り扱うショップ『~SF76』様で、ワークショップや試食を交えた販売会を開催いたしました！

販売会では、味噌玉を使った味噌汁のワークショップをはじめ、日本のお弁当も振る舞われ、参加したみなさんは興味津々で味噌の香りや日本の味付けを楽しんでおられました。

群馬県醤油味噌工業協同組合は、今後も日本のこの伝統調味料を広く深く周知するための活動を続けてまいります。

Gunma Shoyu Miso Industry Cooperative Association held workshops and tastings at ~SF76, a shop that handles Japanese daily necessities in San Francisco, USA, in order to widely promote and sell Gunma’s fermented seasonings domestically and internationally.

At the sales event, there was a miso soup workshop using miso balls and Japanese bento boxes were served, and everyone who participated was curious and enjoyed the aroma of miso and the Japanese seasoning.

We will continue to work to spread the word about this traditional Japanese seasoning.
